Offer Terms

The Offer is for the reimbursement of the purchase price of any one (1) KeVita made payable in the form of a cash-back rebate of up to $3.99 only payable via PayPal or Venmo. The KeVita purchase must be made in-store at a retailer location between Monday, January 6, 2020 through Wednesday, January 15, 2020 (the “Program Period”). The KeVita purchase must be made during the Program Period. A receipt must be printed from the retailer’s point of sale system and show a purchase of a KeVita on the receipt. The date of purchase must be clearly visible on the receipt.

All rebate requests must be submitted no later than Thursday, February 6, 2020. Limit one rebate per person. The rebate will only be paid in the form of rebate via PayPal or Venmo. Additional terms and conditions of these providers may apply.

Offer valid only in the United States. Void where prohibited. This rebate may not be combined with any other offer. This rebate cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or copied. Use of multiple email addresses to obtain additional rebates is prohibited. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution. Proof< of purchase must be obtained from the product purchased by you. Employees of PepsiCo, Inc.,  affiliated companies, retailers and distributors are not eligible. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. We will not honor incomplete submissions. PepsiCo is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected submissions. Your failure to satisfy the offer conditions is a rejection of this rebate offer. PepsiCo reserves the right to require additional information / identification prior to honoring rebate request, and to reject non-conforming rebate requests without liability of any kind.
